At The Celebrants Collective, we care deeply about your learning experience and want you to feel completely confident in your decision to train with us. Our online courses are designed to be inspiring, inclusive, and empowering, and we stand by the quality of what we offer.
Because our courses are delivered digitally, there’s nothing to physically “return.” However, we do offer a clear and fair Refund Policy supported by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, to make sure you’re fully supported every step of the way.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – 14 Days
We make three promises to you as a student:
GUARANTEE #1
You’ll receive unlimited support from us through our live tutorials, course discussion spaces, and our supportive members’ Facebook group.
GUARANTEE #2
You’ll have easy, ongoing access to all of your training materials and course content, so you can learn at your own pace.
GUARANTEE #3
You’ll receive modern, diverse and inclusive celebrant training, led by experienced celebrants who’ll guide you through an empowering framework that encourages confidence, independent thinking and professional growth.
Our Refund Policy
If you feel that we haven’t met any of these guarantees within the first 14 days of purchasing and starting your course, we’ll be happy to review your request for a refund.
To be eligible, please:
- Email us within 14 days of your course purchase at hello@thecelebrantscollective.com
- Tell us a little more about your experience and why you feel the course hasn’t met our guarantees.
- Be aware that we’ll take into account how much of the course you’ve accessed and completed when considering your refund.
In some cases, if a substantial portion of the course has already been accessed, a partial refund may apply.
What’s Not Covered
We want to be upfront about when refunds can’t be offered:
- After 14 days from your purchase date
- Where a significant portion of the course materials have been accessed or completed
- Due to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, lack of time to complete the course, or unexpected events
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email hello@thecelebrantscollective.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – Your Full Name
Please include:
- Your name and the email address used to enroll
- The date of purchase
- A short explanation of your experience and which guarantee(s) you feel weren’t met
We’ll review your request carefully and respond within 5 working days.
